一、前言工程陶瓷材料是因高技术领域的发展应运而生的新型材料,各国材料工作者都在为解决其韧性进行着不懈的努力。研究断口表面是分析断裂过程与机理以及评定材料质量的常用方法,陶瓷材料因基本身的特点,不能采用象金属材料那样丰富的方法来研究,因而扫描电镜观察不仅成为研究断裂学的重要手段,而且也是研究陶瓷韧化机理的有力武器。事实上,利用扫描断口分析除了可获得断裂方面的信息外,还可提供许多有用的资料,比如试样的晶粒尺寸,内部组织形态分布,致密度及相互结合情况等,这些都直接影响到材料的宏观机械性能,从而为改善材料性能提供依据。

In fact, the use of scanning fracture analysis in addition to availability of information on the fracture, but also can provide many useful information, such as the sample grain size, the internal organization of the morphology distribution, density and mutual binding, etc., which have a direct impact on The macroscopic mechanical properties of the material provide the basis for improving the material properties.
