伴随我国经济发展水平的提升,建筑行业的发展也呈现出一派繁荣的景象,全国各地的建设工程项目显著增加,建筑规模也逐渐扩大。为了缓解当前我国土地紧缺的现状,高层建筑工程项目数量上升明显,这不仅给建筑工程施工的安全性造成了威胁,同时也增加了技术难度。由于技术难度较高,建筑工程项目在施工过程中面临的各种影响因素也逐渐增多,合同管理的风险也会加大,这就要求管理人员进一步规范管理流程,学会科学分析和控制风险。本文就针对合同管理流程及其主要风险,进行了分析和研究。
With the improvement of the level of economic development in our country, the development of the construction industry has also shown a thriving scene. Construction projects across the country have significantly increased and the building scale has also gradually expanded. In order to alleviate the current situation of land shortage in our country, the number of high-rise building projects increased significantly, which not only posed a threat to the safety of construction projects, but also increased the technical difficulty.
