企业在应对内外部环境变化的过程中,组织变革成了关键。有的企业通过组织变革成功度过了难关,甚至取得了更高的业绩,有的公司虽然采取了组织变革,却并没有取得预计的成效。本文首先以阿里巴巴成功的组织变革与百年柯达极盛转衰之路进行对比分析,发现两者之间变革的时间、背景、方式、技术等方面的不同,从而探究组织变革成功的影响因素。 In the process of responding to the changes in the internal and external environment, organizational changes have become the key. Some enterprises have successfully overcome the difficulties through organizational change and even achieved higher performance. Some of them took organizational changes but did not achieve the expected results. This article first compares the successful organizational change of Alibaba with the road of decline and decline of Kodak one hundred years, and finds out the difference in the time, background, mode and technology of the change between the two so as to explore the influencing factors of the success of organizational change.
