一台WY—100型挖掘机,按规范磨合后,正常使用约150小时,因液压系统漏油,而实施紧急停机,故障排除后,再次起动时,不能起动.经检查发现原来是油泵供油拉杆卡死不动,油门加不上油.我们分析认为是柱塞被卡死,使调节臂不能转动所致.后拆下油泵总成,为确定故障,我们用手转油泵凸轮轴,可转动,排除了柱塞被卡死的可能,但拉杆还是不动.据此,我们打开油泵检查盖,发现供油平行拉杆几乎处于死点位置,用手推离拉杆一定距离,故障排除了,装机后,工作正常.以后,我们就注意在停机时,油门都留有一点间隙,使油泵平行拉杆不接近死点,慢慢熄火,此类故障不再发生.

Later, we pay attention to the shutdown, the throttle left a little gap, the parallel rod pull pump is not close to the dead center, slowly flameout, such failures no longer occur.
