某电厂300 MW循环流化床锅炉自投产以来,由于空气预热器蒸汽吹灰效果不佳,空气预热器管排灰垢不断积累,排烟温度和引风机电流持续升高,机组经济性指标不断下降。改装燃气脉冲吹灰器后,锅炉排烟温度和引风机电流比较稳定,且比采用蒸汽吹灰器的参数大幅降低,锅炉效率和厂用电率等经济指标良好,节能效果明显。
