Al—Mn 和 Al—Mg 系合金属于非热处理强化的防锈铝合金,由于它们具有良好的可焊性和抗蚀性,作为焊接结构材料,用途十分广泛。现在,重要的铝制焊接结构,一般都采用 TIG 或 MIG 焊接。但即使如此,要获得高质量的接头,仍有一些不容忽视的问题。这里着重介绍Φ36×3和Φ70×3LF21y(Al—Mn)和 LF_2(Al—Mg)铝合金管道系统(以下简称铝管)的全位置手工 TIG 单面焊双面成形、接头性能以及减少气孔,提高焊缝 X 射线探伤合格率的途径。
