目前,在现代远程教育领域,竞争异常激烈。电大最终要在远程教育领域里占有一席之地,除了加强硬件建设打下牢固的基础之外,我们认为,突出“人”的作用,“以人为本”最为关键。也就是说,在发展现代远程教育的过程中加强网络的建设固然重要,但是,最大限度地发挥电大教师的积极性和能动性是绝对不能被忽视的。 At present, the competition is extremely fierce in the field of modern distance education.
