氮化发蓝复处理(Nitroblue)与氮碳共渗类似,系渗氮和发蓝同时进行的处理。美国底特律的一家公司获得了专利权。这种复处理工艺是在A_1临界点以下的铁素体区域施行的热处理方法,用流态床在氮化气氛下进行。温度为370℃,炉内温度控制偏差在±1.5℃内,冷却也是在流态床内用氮化气氛进行的。处理工件预先经过淬火回火处理。由于处理温度低,工件在氮化发蓝复处理后,其硬度和机械性能不会受到损害。
