对 2 0钢预渗碳后固体法渗铬和铬硅共渗渗层的组织和耐磨性进行了试验研究 ;结果表明 ,2 0钢预渗碳后在 940℃下进行铬硅共渗时可以获得均匀致密的渗铬层 ;与普通渗铬层相比较 ,其耐磨性提高 1倍。
The microstructure and wear resistance of the chromizing and chromitriding layers after solid-state pre-carburizing treatment of 20 steel were studied. The results show that the microstructure and wear resistance of 20 0 steel after pre-carburizing at 940 ℃ Can get a uniform and dense chromizing layer; Compared with the ordinary chromizing layer, its wear resistance increased by 1 times.
