“Women who eat fish are more beautiful, men who eat fish are more robust, children who eat fish are smarter, and people who eat fish are more prosperous.” At first glance, it seems too exaggerated; in fact, careful consideration of this formulation is not excessive. Professor Croft of the Institute of Brain Nutritional Chemistry in the UK published a treatise on eating fish that makes the brain clever in his book, The Impetus, which is based on the fact that fish contain a large amount of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), and the development of the brain indispensable DHA. His findings also show that “Japanese children who eat fish regularly have higher IQs than European and American children who use predatory meat.” Since ancient times, the United Kingdom believes that fish can make people smart, and Chinese people generally think that eating fish has a brain-healthy effect. These ancient civilizations have now been validated by the scientific achievements of Professor Croft.
