在零件加工,特别是模具加工中,常常遇到如图1所示的零件,槽宽在1mm左右的封闭形及非直线形窄槽的加工问题。若采用电火花加工,周期长,效率低,成本高。我们在使用加工中心等数控机床进行加工的实践中,摸索了一套行之有效的窄槽铣削方法,其关键是制作小直径的铣刀。图2所示,是我们制作的几种窄槽铣削用刀具。图2a、b所示刀具由中心钻改制而成。对于图2a,选用标准直径为φ1~2mm的中心钻,将刀尖磨平,然后磨出底齿。刀具几何角度参数见图。它适
