以定磷法测定中西药复方制剂RNA—黄芩甙粉针中RNA的含量。实验以浓H_2SO_4—HClO_4(1:1)溶液为消化剂,以6NH_2SO_4:2.5％。钼酸铵:水:10％vitc(1:1:2:1)溶液为定磷试剂,测得RNA回收率为97.59％,相对标准偏差为0.57％。
The content of RNA in the RNA-Huangqi powder injection was determined by the method of definite phosphorus. The experiment was concentrated H 2 SO 4 -HClO 4 (1:1) solution as digestive agent, with 6NH 2 SO 4:2.5%. Ammonium molybdate: water: 10% vict (1:1:2:1) solution was a set phosphorus reagent. The recovery rate of RNA was 97.59% and the relative standard deviation was 0.57%.
