通过分析煤层气开采专用游梁式抽水机的几何关系和运动特点,建立了其运动学模型,给出了抽油机各运动参数的求解方法和各构件动力分析的解析方程,并通过实例计算了抽水机的运动和动力规律。结果表明,该方法步骤简单,可以定量地分析悬点的运动规律和各构件的动力学特性,完全能够满足现场数据计算的需要,对煤层气专用有杆泵排采设备的设计计算、系统分析和选型研究具有重要的指导意义和应用价值。
