我们用国产天门冬氨酸钾镁盐(简称钾镁盐)治疗洋地黄毒性心律失常13例,病理性心律失常7例,均获得良好效果。使用方法是钾镁盐20ml(4支,每支含钾、镁各500mg)加入5%葡萄糖250ml 中静滴,每天一次,于3～4小时内滴完。治疗时间一般为10～15天,具体时间视血清内钾镁含量而定。13例洋地黄毒性心律失常病人均有10年以上风心病史,并伴订房颤、心衰,心功能为Ⅲ～Ⅳ级。同一病人都有二种以上心律失常。13例中室早(偶、频发)3例、室早呈二联律6例、双向性室速1例、室上速1例、
