输配分离是电力体制改革的产物,能够促进电网产业可持续发展、减少电网企业运行成本、加快配套设施发展,对电网企业即是机遇又是挑战。电网企业财务管理在输配分离后,面临管理意识薄弱、不规范、信息化程度低等问题,本文分析提出要加强电网企业财务管理模式创新、提高信息化运用、实现有效的财务监督等措施,保障输配分离后电网企业能快速发展。
The separation of transmission and distribution is the result of the reform of power system. It can promote the sustainable development of power grid industry, reduce the running cost of power grid enterprises and accelerate the development of supporting facilities. It is an opportunity and a challenge to power grid enterprises. After the separation of transmission and distribution, the financial management of power grid faces the problems of weak management awareness, non-standardization and low degree of informationization. This paper analyzes the measures to strengthen the innovation of financial management mode of power grid enterprises, enhance the utilization of information and effective financial supervision, After the separation of power transmission and distribution to ensure the rapid development of power grid companies.
