液化石油气罐泄漏起火,如用人工扑灭,困难很大,因而考虑采用自动灭火。要自动灭火就要有灵敏可靠的受感元件。目前所采用的红外线、双金属片以及烟雾等感受件造价高,而且误报多。几年来我们围绕着既降低成本又保证可靠这个问题,对电接点水银温度计进行了探索。 一、两个需要解决的问题 电接点水银温度计(下称水银计)作为液化石油气罐自动灭火装置,需要解决两个问题,即水银的导电性能问题和温度急剧变化时玻璃管的破裂问题。
