双溴合剂(3%NH_4Br和3%KBr)快速定量分析,目前都以Mobr法測定。由于溴化銨和溴化鉀都能与硝酸銀作用生成溴化銀沉淀,所以只好以溴化銨和溴化鉀的平均当量計算,或是分別求出溴化銨和溴化鉀所需硝酸銀的毫升数,然后再将分別求出的毫升数相加計算。作者认为,上述方法不能分別測出溴化銨及溴化鉀含量是不够令人滿意的。鑑于溴化銨能与甲醛发生如下反应,而溴化鉀不能: 6 HCHO+4 NH_4Br→ (CH_2)_6N_4+4HBr+6H_2O HBr+NaOH→NaBr+H_2O因之可以利用这一反应来分別測定溴化銨和溴化鉀的含量。需用試剂: 1.18%中性甲醛溶液:取福尔馬林溶液50毫升加蒸溜水到100,以酚酞作指示剂,用
Rapid quantitative analysis of bis-brominated compounds (3% NH 4 -Br and 3% KBr) is currently based on the Mobr method.
