以大鼠四动脉结扎法所致的急性脑缺血和脑缺血/再灌注模型,对临床已经证明有效的茶色素抗脑缺血和脑缺血/再灌注作用的药理学机制进行了探讨。结果显示,茶色素具有明显增加模型鼠脑缺血和脑缺血/再灌注损伤时局部脑组织血流量、减轻脑水肿程度、保护大脑皮层神经元等作用。部分作用与尼莫地平作用相仿。
The pharmacological mechanisms of tea pigments that have been proven to be effective against cerebral ischemia and cerebral ischemia/reperfusion were explored using a model of acute cerebral ischemia and cerebral ischemia/reperfusion induced by rat arterial ligation. . The results showed that tea pigment had a significant increase in cerebral blood flow, cerebral edema, and protection of cerebral cortical neurons during cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury in model rats. Some of the effects are similar to those of nimodipine.
