本文采用显微电视录像和电镜技术,研究不同转归的过敏性休克大鼠肠系膜微淋巴管(ML)的变化,结果表明,不可逆性休克大鼠ML自主收缩性显著降低,内皮细胞超微结构严重受损;而可逆性休克大鼠ML自主收缩性显著高于不可逆休克者,ML收缩性改变出现在血压变化之前。结果提示淋巴微循环功能对休克的发展和转归具有重要作用。
In this paper, microsurgical video and electron microscopy were used to study the changes of mesenteric micro-lymphatic vessels (ML) in different outcomes of anaphylactic shock. The results showed that the irreversible shock significantly reduced the spontaneous contractility of ML and the ultrastructure of endothelial cells Severe damage; and reversible shock ML autonomic contractility was significantly higher than those of irreversible shock, ML contractility changes in blood pressure before the change. The results suggest that lymphatic microcirculation plays an important role in the development and prognosis of shock.
