我国油田开发条例规定:油田投入生产后,就开始注水,保持注采平衡,使油层压力保持在原始压力附近。主要油田的实际情况表明,油水采注比一般保持在1:3左右。随着油田的进一步开发,注水量和注水压力都相应增加,耗电量也越来越大。其原因是注水量随原油产量的加大而增加,另一方面是注水泵及其系统效率太低。因此,提高注水泵及其系统的效率和延长注水泵的使用寿命,就成为油田技术改造的主要内容之一。
China’s oilfield development regulations: After the oilfield is put into production, water injection will begin, keep the balance of injection and production, and keep the pressure of the oil layer near the original pressure. The actual situation in the major oil fields shows that the ratio of oil and water recovery is generally around 1: 3. With the further development of the oilfield, the water injection amount and water injection pressure are correspondingly increased, and the power consumption is also increasing. The reason is that the amount of water injected increases with the increase of crude oil production, on the other hand, the water injection pump and its system efficiency are too low. Therefore, improving the efficiency of water injection pump and its system and prolonging the service life of water injection pump have become one of the main contents of oilfield technology reformation.
