目的考察新疆不同产地、不同采摘时间药桑叶中芦丁、异槲皮苷的含量变化。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),以大连依利特Hypersil ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,进样量20μl,流动相为乙腈(A)-水(B)-0.2%磷酸溶液(pH=4.8)(C),梯度洗脱[0min,A-C(18∶82);4min,A-C(21∶79);10min,A-C(8∶92)],流速1.0ml/min,检测波长为358nm,柱温为25℃。结果不同产地、不同采摘时间的药桑叶中芦丁和异槲皮苷的含量均有一定的差异,喀什地区、5~6月份二者含量较高。结论药桑叶中芦丁和异槲皮苷的含量与产地和采摘季节等有关,尤其以季节的影响大。
Objective To investigate the contents of rutin and isoquercitrin in medicinal mulberry leaves of different producing areas in Xinjiang. Methods RP-HPLC was performed on a Hypersil ODS (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with an injection volume of 20 μl and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile (A) -water (B) Gradient elution [0 min, AC (18:82); 4 min, AC (21:79); 10 min, AC (8:92)] at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min, the detection wavelength is 358nm, the column temperature is 25 ℃. Results The contents of rutin and isoquercitrin in medicinal mulberry leaves of different producing areas and picking times differed to some extent. In Kashgar region, the contents of rutin and isoquercitrin were higher in May to June. Conclusion The contents of rutin and isoquercitrin in medicinal mulberry leaves are related to the origin and the picking season, especially in the seasons.
