1986~1992年对新发现的高赖氨酸高粱265──1Y(凹陷型子粒)进行了加代系选、品质分析、育性和配合力测定以及杂交改良等研究,结果表明:该系的赖氨酸和蛋白质含量分别比普通高粱晋粱5号提高322.6%和42.2%;遗传相对稳定,对现有A1和A2型细胞质不育系均有恢复能力和较高的配合力;根据遗传分析和杂交改良试验结果,该系的赖氨酸含量受一对单隐性基因(h1)控制,在其杂种一代中有1/4的高赖氨酸子粒,通过简单杂交,可在其后代中选到正常饱满型子粒的赖氨酸高含量品系。
From 1986 to 1992, the newly discovered high-lysine sorghum 265 ──1Y (depression-type grains) were selected and their quality selection, fertility and combining ability determination and hybrid improvement were studied. The results showed that: The content of amino acid and protein were increased by 322.6% and 42.2% respectively than that of the ordinary sorghum Jinliu No.5. The inheritance was relatively stable, and both of the existing A1 and A2 cytoplasmic male sterile lines had the ability of recovery and the higher combining ability.
