活塞膜片组合件是用2C_r13钢棒材直接加工而成,淬火温度1020±10℃,回火温度170±10℃,使用强度160公斤/毫米~2。为了防锈,零件需经纯化处理,在纯化处理前要进行一道清除内孔氧化皮的准备工序,从一九七二年起由吹砂改为酸洗。成品在装配前需做耐压试验,在试验中加压后稳压4~5分钟个别零件出现断裂,每批约2~3件,断裂位置均在螺杆退刀槽与螺帽端面之间。为了解决这个问题,设计人员曾将螺杆加粗,但断裂现象仍然发生,为查明原因,我们进行了金相分析、热处理工艺试验和产品模拟试验。
