目的研究三乙二醇吡喹酮对血吸虫尾蚴的杀灭作用,考察尾蚴对药物的耐药性。方法将血吸虫尾蚴浸泡在不同浓度的药液中,观察尾蚴存活情况。结果尾蚴直接浸泡在药液中,药物对尾蚴的半数致死浓度LC50为47.89μg/cm2;药物浓度低于44.7μg/cm2,血吸虫尾蚴对该药物没有明显耐药性;药物浓度为56.2μg/cm2、浸泡1.5 h以内,血吸虫尾蚴对该药物产生一定的耐药性。结论三乙二醇吡喹酮对血吸虫尾蚴有很强的杀灭作用,但存在一定的耐药趋势。
Objective To study the killing effect of praziquantel triethylglycol on cercariae of Schistosoma japonicum and investigate the drug resistance of cercariae. Methods Schistosome cercariae soaked in different concentrations of liquid, to observe the survival of cercariae. Results The cercaria larvae were soaked directly in the liquid. The median lethal concentration (LC50) of the drug against cercariae was 47.89μg / cm2. The drug concentration was lower than 44.7μg / cm2. The cercaria larvae had no obvious resistance to the drug. The drug concentration was 56.2μg / cm2 , Soaked within 1.5 h, schistosoma cercariae have some resistance to the drug. Conclusion Triethylene glycol praziquantel has a strong killing effect on cercariae of Schistosoma japonicum, but there is a certain trend of drug resistance.
