由肝脏疾病引起腹胀原因很多,特别是肝炎、肝硬化病人引起的腹胀在治疗上往往是很困难的。尤其是高度腹胀,应用新斯地明、泛酸钙,大葱麝香敷脐部等均无明显疗效。我院在1980年6月～1981年底应用促菌生治疗肝炎、肝硬化病人腹胀收到明显效果,共观察78例。其中甲型急性肝炎13例、乙型肝炎35例(慢性15例、急性20例)肝硬化30例(失代偿期15例、代偿期15例)。一、观察对象
