湘钢新二烧在维持生产参数基本不变的条件下,利用烧结机尾部可切换风箱改变烟气导向,在烧结终点前SO2浓度仍较高的风箱段增加导入脱硫烟道的风量,实现了烧结烟气SO2进一步向脱硫烟道富集,从而有效降低了非脱硫烟道中SO2的浓度,得到了非脱硫烟道烟气SO2浓度低于新排放限值的有益结果,对于目前在役的主流大型烧结机为应对新排放标准而对非脱硫烟道追加脱硫设施提供了新的低成本的技术思路。
