Cryopreservation is also called cryopreservation, which means the cell metabolism and growth are stopped under the liquid nitrogen at -196 ℃. Under suitable conditions, new plants can be regenerated and regenerated, and the original genetic characteristics are maintained. Vitrification refers to cryopreservation in which cells, tissues or organs are treated with a high concentration of a protective solution to be frozen in a vitrified state completely in the freezing solution. During cooling, the liquid forms a solid but does not crystallize due to its high viscosity.
