目的 研究短波紫外线 (UVC)对血浆中两种病毒的灭活作用 ,方法 采用噬菌体滴度测定法进行研究 ,结果 30 0 0 μW /cm2 UVC作用 10分钟使血浆中的绿脓杆菌噬菌体和f2 噬菌体滴度均下降 >6 1gPFU。结论 30 0 0 μW/cm2 UVC的使用能有效灭活血浆中的绿脓杆菌噬菌体和F2 噬菌体。
Objective To study the inactivation of short-wave ultraviolet (UVC) on two kinds of viruses in plasma by phage titer assay. The results showed that 30 000 μW / cm2 UVC for 10 minutes resulted in the increase of plasma Pseudomonas aeruginosa phage and f2 phage Titers dropped> 6 1gPFU. Conclusion The use of 30 0 0 μW / cm2 UVC effectively inactivated Pseudomonas aeruginosa phage and F2 phage in plasma.
