Japan’s Matsushita Institute of Technology and the Institute of Machinery Technology recently jointly developed a successful nano-particle size of ultra-fine particles of silicon manufacturing technology. Ultrafine silicon particles are typical quantum functional materials. Their functional properties are greatly influenced by the particles. Ultrafine particles with an average particle size of nanometer (3 ~ 10nm) can be made into extremely high quality quantum functions material. This ultra-fine particle preparation technology
