本文介绍了GM覆膜砂在微型汽车发动机机体上的应用情况 ,阐述了覆膜砂材料的选择及其芯盒的设计要点 (包括加热功率的确定 ,射砂孔和射砂嘴的结构、各项参数的选择及芯盒的排气等 ) ,同时还介绍制芯工艺参数的选择和一些经验数据 ,生产中出现的一些问题及解决办法 ,以及采用此工艺后所产生的经济效益。
This paper introduces the application of GM coated sand in the miniature automobile engine body, and expounds the selection of the coated sand material and the design points of the core box (including the determination of the heating power, the structure of the shot hole and the nozzle, Parameter selection and core box exhaust, etc.). At the same time, the choice of process parameters of core making and some empirical data are also introduced. Some problems and solutions that occur in the process of production are also introduced as well as the economic benefits arising from adopting this process.
