[目的]为新疆地区植被恢复与生物多样性的保护提供参考。[方法]结合相应的土壤室内试验数据和野外典型群落的样方调查,采用典型相关分析法对新疆巴尔鲁克山自然保护区土壤理化因子与植物群落多样性的相关性进行了研究。[结果]各群落组成简单,多样性指数不存在较大的差异,且对应的指数值都较低。在影响新疆巴尔鲁克山自然保护区植物群落的多样性方面,有机质含量和p H是其中的主要因子。土壤理化因子第一典型变量解释方面,其中植物群落多样性的变异比例仅为5.8%。[结论]该研究结果可为新疆地区植被恢复与生物多样性的保护提供参考。
[Objective] The study aimed to provide reference for the restoration of vegetation and biodiversity in Xinjiang area. [Method] The correlation analysis between soil physical and chemical factors and plant community diversity in Bal’erke Mountain Nature Reserve was studied by using canonical correlation analysis based on the corresponding indoor laboratory data and the quadrats survey of the typical community in the field. [Result] The composition of each community was simple, there was no big difference between diversity indices, and the corresponding index values were lower. Organic matter content and p H are the major factors affecting the diversity of plant communities in the Bal’erke Mountain Nature Reserve in Xinjiang. In terms of the first typical variable of soil physico-chemical factors, the variation of plant community diversity was only 5.8%. [Conclusion] The results of this study may provide reference for the restoration of vegetation and the conservation of biodiversity in Xinjiang area.
