针对铝合金硬钎料熔点较高这一问题,在HL401钎料的基础上研制了三种钎料,并对其铺展性和熔点进行了测试。结果表明,L1钎料在LF2铝合金上的润湿性较好,钎料固相线温度为483.6℃,液相线温度仅491.7℃。接头剪切性能测试结果表明,L1钎料可在520℃对LF2铝合金进行钎焊,接头性能较高,为96.43MPa;当钎焊温度为540℃,保温时间13 min时,接头剪切强度最高,达到了103.57 MPa。
Aiming at the problem of high melting point of aluminum alloy brazing filler metal, three kinds of brazing filler metal have been developed on the basis of HL401 brazing filler metal, and their spreading and melting point have been tested. The results show that the L1 solder has good wettability on LF2 aluminum alloy. The solidus temperature of solder is 483.6 ℃ and the liquidus temperature is only 491.7 ℃. The shear test results of the joint showed that the L1 brazing filler metal could braze the LF2 aluminum alloy at 520 ℃ with a high joint performance of 96.43MPa.
