目的:研究存在于活血化瘀中药的单体成分─—蜕皮甾酮是否对血管内皮细胞损伤有保护作用。方法:采用缺血缺氧的血管内皮细胞模型,观察培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞上清液的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)的变化。结果:缺血缺氧时,内皮细胞上清液的LDH、ACE明显增多;但应用蜕皮甾酮,则上清液的LDH、ACE较单纯缺血缺氧时明显减少。结论:蜕皮甾酮可能对缺血缺氧致血管内皮细胞损伤有一定的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether ecdysterone, a monomer component existing in traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, has a protective effect on vascular endothelial cell injury. Methods: The changes of LDH and ACE in the culture supernatant of human umbilical vein endothelial cells were observed by using hypoxia-ischemia model of vascular endothelial cells. Results: During hypoxia and hypoxia, LDH and ACE in the supernatant of the endothelial cells increased significantly. However, the application of ecdysterone decreased the LDH and ACE of the supernatants compared with those of the hypoxia-ischemia alone. Conclusion: Ecdysterone may have a protective effect on vascular endothelial cell injury induced by ischemia and hypoxia.
