目的探讨中药三甲益肝冲剂对大鼠肝纤维化的预防作用.方法以四氯化碳造成大鼠肝纤维化模型,造模同时以三甲益肝冲剂(冲剂组)灌胃,观察其对大鼠肝纤维化的预防作用,并与促肝细胞生长素(pHGF)组和大黄庶虫虫丸预防组(虫丸组)比较.血清肝纤维化指标———透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(ⅣC)和层粘连蛋白(LN)用RIA法测定,并作肝组织病理学检查.统计学处理分别采用方差分析和秩和检验.结果与模型组相比,冲剂组大鼠血清ALT,AST,Glb,HA,ⅣC及LN均明显降低(P<001),肝纤维化程度降低(P<001).与虫丸组相比,冲剂组大鼠血清HA及LN明显较低(P<005),倍量冲剂组ALT降低(P<005)和HA,LN降低(P<001)有明显差异.结论三甲益肝冲剂对大鼠实验性肝纤维化有明显预防作用,其效果优于大黄庶虫虫丸.
3. Objective To investigate the preventive effect of Chinese traditional medicine Sanjia Yigan granules on hepatic fibrosis in rats. Methods Rat hepatic fibrosis model was induced by carbon tetrachloride. At the same time, the rats were intragastrically administered with Sanjia Yigan Granules (granules) to observe its preventive effect on hepatic fibrosis in rats and to promote hepatocyte growth factor (pHGF). ) Comparison between the group and the rhubarb cricket worm-prevention group (Zhongwan group). Serum hepatic fibrosis markers—hyaluronic acid (HA), type IV collagen (IVC) and laminin (LN) were measured by RIA and histopathological examination was performed. Statistical analysis was performed using analysis of variance and rank sum test, respectively. Results Compared with the model group, serum ALT, AST, Glb, HA, IVC and LN in the granule group were significantly lower (P<001), and liver fibrosis was decreased (P<001). Compared with the Zergang group, the serum HA and LN were significantly lower in the granule group (P<005), and the ALT in the granules group was lower (P<005) and the HA and LN were decreased (P<001). ) There are significant differences. Conclusion Sanjia Yigan granule has significant preventive effect on experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats, and its effect is better than that of rhubarb cricket.
