介绍一种只需停钻4分钟,既不要钢丝绳缆,又无需中断钻井液循环即可随时测出井斜度,并且可测出井斜方位角的钻头自动探斜仪(ABL)。这对于要掌握井筒偏斜发生的方位角瞬时变化或者井斜和方位角会突然发生的井段,提供了很理想的录井工具,它对控制定向钻井有其特殊意义。文章阐述了该探斜仪所应用的负压脉冲遥测技术原理、装置的构成、使用和数据处理方法。实践表明,它具有操作方便、使用可靠、精确耐用等一系列优点。ABL的测量费用介乎普通单点绳索测斜仪和连续绳索测斜仪之间。
This paper introduces a drill automatic inclinometer (ABL) that can measure the inclination of the well at any time without the need of wire ropes and without interrupting the drilling fluid circulation. This is an ideal logging tool for understanding the transient azimuthal variation of wellbore deflection or sudden occurrence of well inclination and azimuth, which is of special significance for the control of directional drilling. The paper expounds the principle of negative pressure pulse telemetry used by this inclinometer, the composition, use and data processing of the device. Practice shows that it has a series of advantages of convenient operation, reliable use, precision and durability. ABL’s measurement costs range between normal single-point rope inclinometer and continuous rope inclinometer.
