通过自来水厂的生产性试验,在常规处理工艺的基础上对比研究了砂滤池和炭砂滤池的强化除污效果。结果表明:在水厂预加氯的条件下,砂滤池对有机物和氨氮的平均去除率分别仅为2.5%和3.5%,去除效果较差,较难保证出厂水水质达标;而炭砂滤池对有机物和氨氮的平均去除率分别达到了25%和90%,处理效果较好,作为自来水厂的强化处理工艺是可行的。但是,炭砂滤池在运行过程中存在余氯消耗较大的问题,还有待进一步研究解决。
Through the productive test of waterworks, the enhanced decontamination effect of sand filter and carbon sand filter was compared on the basis of conventional treatment process. The results showed that the average removal rate of organic matters and ammonia nitrogen in the sand filter was only 2.5% and 3.5%, respectively, under the pre-chlorination conditions of the water treatment plant. The removal efficiency was poor and it was difficult to ensure that the effluent quality reached the standard. The average removal rate of organic matter and ammonia nitrogen in the pond reached 25% and 90% respectively, and the treatment effect was good. It is feasible as an intensive treatment process for waterworks. However, there is a problem of larger residual chlorine consumption during the operation of the carbon sand filter, which needs to be further studied and solved.
