本文采用专家评分法和调查问卷法对旅游管理专业校企合作过程中的利益相关者进行界定和初步分类。通过专家评分法的打分,最终入选了12类利益相关者:实习指导老师、学生、旅游企业管理人员、学校管理人员、政府、校友、员工、学校教师、家长、媒体、行业协会、社会公众。本文从权威性和主动性两个维度对校企合作的利益相关者进行分类,最终将校企合作的利益相关者分为三类:确定型利益相关者、预期型利益相关者和潜在型利益相关者。
This article uses the method of expert grading and questionnaire to define and classify the stakeholders in the course of cooperation between school and enterprise in tourism management. Through the scoring of the expert grading method, 12 types of stakeholders were finally selected: internship supervisor, student, tourism enterprise manager, school administrator, government, alumnus, employee, school teacher, parent, media, trade association and social public. This article classifies the stakeholders of school-enterprise cooperation from the two dimensions of authoritativeness and initiative, and divides the stakeholders of school-enterprise cooperation into three types: definitive stakeholders, prospective stakeholders and potential interests relevant person.
