绩效管理作为企业人力资源管理的重要内容,在战略导向、管理监督和绩效提升等方面发挥着重要作用,逐渐成为企业管理的重要手段。随着企业管理理念的转变,绩效管理体系建设成为人力资源管理部门的重要工作,健全的制度成为绩效管理有效实施的重要保障。对绩效管理制度设计进行简要论述,以明确企业绩效管理制度的主要内容。
