我局在学习兄弟单位先进经验的基础上,完成了风陵渡黄河大桥栓焊梁(24孔48米桁梁)的施工。我局援外职工在坦赞铁路参加了大鲁阿哈大桥栓焊梁工程(3孔48米桁梁、2孔24米桁梁)、鲁伊帕大桥栓焊梁工程(14孔24米板梁、1孔48米桁梁)、谦贝西大桥栓焊梁(5孔48米桁梁)的上部建筑工程等,积累了一些栓焊梁高强螺栓施工的经验,供有关单位参考。计算原则高强度螺栓连接的设计,是假定作用于杆件连接的力完全由杆件接触面所产生的摩擦力传递。因此,连接的强度与螺栓所受预应力和接触面之摩擦系数有关。
On the basis of learning from the advanced experience of the fraternal units, the Bureau completed the construction of the bolted beam (24-hole 48-meter trussed beam) of the Fenglingdu Yellow River Bridge. Our Bureau’s foreign workers participated in the Daluha Bridge bolt-welding project on the Tanzania-Zambia Railway (3-hole 48-meter truss beam, 2-hole 24-meter truss beam) and Luyapa Bridge bolt-welding beam project (14-hole 24-meter plate beam , 1 hole 48 meters beam), Qian Beixi bridge bolted beam (5 hole 48 meters truss beam) of the upper part of the construction project, has accumulated a number of bolted beam high-strength bolt construction experience, for the relevant units of reference. Calculation Principles The design of high-strength bolted joints is based on the assumption that the forces acting on the linkages of the rods are entirely transmitted by the frictional forces generated by the contact surfaces of the rods. Therefore, the strength of the connection is related to the prestress of the bolt and the coefficient of friction of the contact surface.
