以黄瑞香种子为试材,通过对黄瑞香种子形态和萌发特性的研究,寻找打破种子休眠、提高种子萌发率的适宜条件。观察种子外部形态,对黄瑞香种子千粒质量、饱满度、含水量、生活力和吸水率等多项指标进行测定,对黄瑞香种子分别进行化学物质处理、低温层积和热水处理,分析不同层积时间、不同质量浓度化学物质、不同萌发介质处理对种子萌发率的影响。结果表明:黄瑞香种子含水量为7.12%,带外种皮的种子吸水率为33.4%,去除外种皮的种子吸水率为60.3%;化学物质处理和热水处理不能完全打破黄瑞香种子休眠;化学物质结合低温层积处理70d种子萌发率为64.93%;平纸床和皱纸床介质上的发芽率分别为65.8%和53.2%。种皮不是限制种子萌发的主要因素,用200mg/L GA3和25mg/L 6-BA混合溶液浸种10h后结合70d低温层积处理可显著提高种子萌发率,种子萌发最佳发芽介质为平纸床。
By taking the seeds of Huangrui fragrant as test material, the suitable conditions for breaking dormancy and increasing the seed germination rate were studied through studying the morphological and germination characteristics of the seed. The external morphology of the seeds was observed. The quality, plumpness, water content, viability and water absorption of the seeds of Huangrui fragrant were measured. The chemical constituents, cold stratification and hot water of Huangrui fragrant seeds were analyzed respectively Different stratification time, different concentrations of chemical substances, different germination medium treatment on the germination rate. The results showed that the water content of the seed was 7.12%, the seed water absorption rate of the seed coat was 33.4%, the seed water absorption rate was 60.3%. The chemical treatment and hot water treatment could not completely break the dormancy The germination rate of the seeds treated with chemical substances combined with cold stratification for 70 days was 64.93%, and the germination rates of the medium of flat paper and crumpled paper beds were 65.8% and 53.2% respectively. The seed coat was not the main factor limiting seed germination. Seeds germinated with 200 mg / L GA3 and 25 mg / L 6-BA for 10 h combined with 70 d cold storage could significantly increase the seed germination rate. The best germination medium for seed germination was flat paper bed .
