目的了解大同市医疗机构的消毒质量。方法对大同市43家医院2005-2009年的消毒监测数据进行了分析。结果 5年共采样2 207份,合格1 902份,平均总合格率为86.2%。2005-2009年合格率分别为69.3%、78.8%、89.6%、92.9%和97.1%,合格率呈逐年上升的趋势。讨论随着消毒理念的不断深入,大同市的各级医疗机构从上到下对控制院内感染做了很大的努力,医院内的整个消毒环节得到了显著改善,消毒质量有了很大的提高。 Objective To understand the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Datong. Methods The disinfection monitoring data of 43 hospitals in Datong from 2005 to 2009 were analyzed. Results A total of 2 207 samples were obtained in 5 years, and 1 902 were qualified, with an average total passing rate of 86.2%. The passing rates in 2005-2009 were 69.3%, 78.8%, 89.6%, 92.9% and 97.1%, respectively. The passing rate showed a year-on-year increase. Discussion With the deepening of the concept of disinfection, Datong City, medical institutions at all levels from top to bottom to control the nosocomial infection done a lot of efforts, the entire hospital sterilization has been significantly improved, disinfection quality has been greatly improved .
