先天性漏斗胸是胸骨中下部与其两侧肋软骨异常向后弯曲凹陷的一种漏斗样畸形。随着年龄增长，畸形逐渐加重，压迫心肺影响其功能和外观，造成患儿心理负担，须作手术矫治。我院于1990年8月-1999年6月采用胸肋截骨、克氏针内固定术收治漏斗胸14例，现将有关问题及治疗体会报告如
