由于井下工作条件的特殊性,导致井下工具易发生结垢、腐蚀和磨损等失效性,针对这些失效性原因可以采取通常的方法进行清理和维修,然而提高可靠性设计方法则可在通常解决方法的基础上增加稳定性、安全性,减少安全事故的发生、减少经济损失。提高井下工具可靠性设计的方法有预防故障设计法、概率设计法、耐环境设计法、余度设计法、安全设计法、维修设计法、权衡设计法,以下将按照这种顺序进行具体探析。
