目的利用文献资源总结国内外头孢哌酮舒巴坦复合制剂对鲍曼不动杆菌抗菌活性作用的研究状况,为日后鲍曼不动杆菌感染相关研究的开展提供参考。方法检索从建库至2015年9月的Pub Med、Em Base和CNKI数据库中头孢哌酮舒巴坦对鲍曼不动杆菌抗菌作用的相关文献;通过Endnote X7.0软件对文献进行去重、分类整理分析。结果纳入英文文献318篇;中文文献1253篇。首篇文献报道在1995年,发文量中国最多,文献研究以复方制剂单用研究居多,共计1466篇(93.3%),文献的主要内容为头孢哌酮舒巴坦对鲍曼不动杆菌作用相关的体外药敏实验、体外基础研究、药代动力学/药效学(PK/PD)研究、动物实验研究、临床研究等。结论头孢哌酮舒巴坦对鲍曼不动杆菌抗菌活性的研究主要集中于体外药敏实验,但检测方法不同其敏感率不同,合理选用检测方法值得关注;在动物实验、临床研究及PK/PD研究方面甚少,今后可着重开展相关方面的研究。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the research status of antibacterial activity of cefoperazone sulbactam combined with antibiotics at home and abroad on the antibacterial activity of Acinetobacter baumannii, and to provide references for future studies on Acinetobacter baumannii infection. Methods The literature on antibacterial activity of cefoperazone-sulbactam against Acinetobacter baumannii in Pub Med, Em Base and CNKI databases was constructed from the database to September 2015. The literature was de-weighted by Endnote X7.0 software, Classified analysis. Results included 318 English articles and 1253 Chinese articles. The first article reported that in 1995, the largest number of papers published in China, the literature on the single study with the most compound, a total of 1466 (93.3%), the main content of the literature cefoperazone sulbactam on the role of Acinetobacter baumannii In vitro susceptibility testing, in vitro basic research, pharmacokinetics / pharmacodynamics (PK / PD) research, animal experiments, clinical studies. Conclusion The antibacterial activity of cefoperazone-sulbactam against Acinetobacter baumannii mainly focuses on drug susceptibility in vitro. However, the sensitivity of cefoperazone-sulbactam is different from that of other methods. Therefore, it is worth to pay attention to the rational selection of detection methods. In animal experiments, clinical studies and PK / There is very little research on PD, and we can focus on relevant research in the future.
