本文报导了多种交配组合和交配方式的结荚结实率和所得种子的成苗率,分析讨论了处理间差异的可靠性及其产生原因。通过对回交时正反交结实率差异的探讨,提出杂种结实率是有效配子率、配子亲和率和孤雌生殖率三重影响的结果这一论点,指出在这方面作进一步深入研究的重要性,并以此对回交与亲代交配间的结实率差异作了初步估计。
In this paper, the pod-seed setting rate and seedling rate of many kinds of mating combinations and mating methods are reported. The reliability of the differences between treatments and their causes are analyzed and discussed.
