研究了硼 (B)、钼 (Mo)营养 8种处理对马铃薯鲜薯产量和活性氧代谢的影响。结果证明 :B、Mo营养与马铃薯鲜薯产量及活性氧代谢有密切的关系 ,B、Mo营养具有明显的互作效应 ,当B浓度相同时 ,随着Mo浓度的提高 ,CAT活性与ASA含量也随之提高 ;当Mo浓度相同时 ,随着B浓度的提高 ,CAT活性与ASA含量也随之提高。适宜的B、Mo配施可提高SOD、POD、NR的活性 ,降低MDA含量与自动氧化速率 ,抑制膜脂过氧化作用 ,提高鲜薯产量。马铃薯鲜薯的生产能力与细胞保护酶 (SOD、POD、NR、CAT)活性呈极显著的正相关 ,与MDA含量呈显著的负相关
The effects of eight treatments of boron (B) and molybdenum (Mo) on the yield and active oxygen metabolism of potato were studied. The results showed that the nutrition of B and Mo was closely related to the yield of potato and the metabolism of active oxygen. The nutrition of B and Mo had obvious interaction effect. When the concentration of B was the same, with the increase of Mo concentration, CAT activity and ASA content But also increased accordingly. When the concentration of Mo was the same, with the increase of B concentration, CAT activity and ASA content also increased. Appropriate B, Mo combined with can improve the activity of SOD, POD, NR, reduce the content of MDA and the rate of auto-oxidation, inhibition of membrane lipid peroxidation and improve the yield of fresh potato.
