健身长跑是一项以有氧代谢为主要供能方式的运动,其特点是持续时间较长,代谢水平较高,能量消耗较大。如果营养不良或缺乏营养,必然会影响长跑爱好者的身体健康,不能保证锻炼的系统进行。因此,科学的营养摄入不仅是健康和运动能力的保证,而且还能促进运动后的快速恢复。一提到营养补充,许多长跑爱好者都认为应摄入一些特别的营养素,以此来提高练习效果和水平,其实没有必要,均衡的饮食完全能够满足人体运动的需要。
