本文就１９７６年６月至１９９４年６月该院收治的５１例儿童颅咽管瘤，采用手术治疗的围手术期护理进行回顾性的总结。针对儿童特点以及颅咽管瘤的特殊性，提出了术前术后的护理要点，通过术前的严密观察病情，以及术前充分准备，进行良好的心理和生活护理，使手术顺利进行。术后采取正确的卧位，对常见的并发症处理，如尿崩症的观察和处理，高热、癫痫、呼吸道感染和水电解质紊乱的预防和护理，以及出院的指导提出了合理见解。
This article from June 1976 to June 1994 admitted to the hospital in 51 cases of children with craniopharyngioma, the use of surgical treatment of perioperative nursing retrospectively summarized. According to the characteristics of children and the particularity of craniopharyngioma, the main points of care before and after surgery are put forward. Through careful observation of the condition before surgery and adequate preparation before surgery, good psychology and life care are carried out so that the operation can be carried out smoothly. The right supine position after surgery provides reasonable insight into common complications such as observation and treatment of diabetes insipidus, prevention and care of high fever, epilepsy, respiratory infections and water and electrolyte disorders, and guidance on discharge.
