温预应力(Warm Prestressing)技术是提高低温抗断阻力的一种有效措施,由于其可对已成形结构、在较一般热处理方法更方便的条件下实施,因此工程实用价值显著,具有重大的经济意义。用温预应力技术提高压力容器低温爆破强度的工作目前尚未见到关于系统实验研究的国内外报导,而压力容器爆破压力的提高对实用结构而言是具有现实意义的。本文旨在对这一课题进行一些初步探索。
Warm Prestressing technology is an effective measure to improve the low temperature resistance against breakage. Since it can be applied to already formed structures under more convenient conditions than the general heat treatment methods, the project has significant practical value and significant economic benefits significance. At present, there is not any domestic and foreign reports on system experimental research about how to improve the low-temperature burst strength of pressure vessels by using warm prestressing technology. The improvement of burst pressure in pressure vessels is of practical significance for practical structures. This article aims to make some preliminary exploration on this subject.
