With exhilarating emotions, we recommended to the general educators the thought-provoking articles on “Outstanding Talents in Non-key Schools”. It illustrates with vivid facts: “Models don’t necessarily all come from key schools, and some non-key schools can also produce good teachers, good experiences, and excellent people.” As a poorly-conditioned rural non-key middle school, Xiangyin No. 4 Middle School has trained a number of impressive talents in recent years. It is indeed a convincing demonstration. It should be acknowledged that the current conditions in various aspects of key schools are relatively stronger than those in non-key schools, and that the basis for talent is better. However, this does not mean that only a children’s school can produce talents, while non-key schools can only sigh emotions, and always be in a backward state. Because, in accordance with the laws of mutual transformation of things, key schools and non-key schools can be changed. The key here is how to deal with school conditions. Objective conditions are the basis of people’s activities, and human actions in turn can affect objective conditions. In other words, to give full play to people’s subjective initiative, we can break the restrictions of certain conditions and open up a new situation. This is the principle of “being human.” In this sense, if non-key schools excite the revolutionary spirit and scientific spirit of teachers and students to the maximum extent, they may change the conditions for difficulties into favorable factors and change themselves into passive ones, thus laying the foundation for more talents to come out quickly; If the key schools do not give full play to their superior conditions, they will not necessarily produce outstanding talents. This is indeed the greatest inspiration of the experience of Xiangyin IV.
